چکیده
The conventional pretreatments used during the valorization of paper waste in renewable energies are expensive, long, slow, require high temperatures and particularly not eco-friendly. However, application microbial cultures with cellulolytic capabilities becomes an attractive low-cost strategy. Therefore, aim this study was to screen efficient culture its evaluation as a starter hydrolysis process biogas bioethanol production. Our results indicated that from 18 isolates, two bacteria (identified Pseudomonas horyzihabitans Serratia liquefaciens) one consortium (CS2, predominated by Enterobacteriaceae) had important cellulosic activity. selected production improved yields. Indeed, CS2 enhanced yields 9.4 mL g?1 78.2 ?L (P < 0.05) respectively. Also, addition reduced time needed for 21 days, respect 24 days control sample, under psychrophilic temperature. Thus, low cost practical procedure can be strategy release sugars waste, reduce biodigestion, enhance recovered.

The disposal and treatment of wastes generated in the leather industry has been the focus of several studies around the world. They intend to meet environmental legislation and make the process environmentally and economically viable. The anaerobic digestion process, which occurs in steps that involve acid and methane forming bacteria, can be an alternative since it turns the waste into renewab...

The anaerobic treatability and methane generation potential of three different cotton wastes namely, cotton stalks, cotton seed hull and cotton oil cake were determined in batch reactors. In addition, the effects of nutrient and trace metal supplementation were also investigated. To this purpose biochemical methane potential (BMP) experiments were performed for two different waste concentration...
